Undergraduate: Academic Support: SASS Audit
The SASS Audit is a computer-generated evaluation of
a student's progress toward a specified degree program.
It is NOT an official transcript. Use your SASS Audit
to check which degree requirements you have met and which
you have not met. Audits are available online and should be brought to each advising session.

How to Read Your SASS Audit:
Your SASS Audit may at first seem confusing,
but following these guidelines will make it easier
to comprehend.
Main Requirements:
- A broken line separates each main requirement.
- Each main requirement is numbered.
- A "NO" to the left of the component
number indicates that the requirement has NOT
been met.
- An "OK" to the left of the component
number indicates that the requirement has been
met.
- An "IP" designates a course In
Progress, meaning that you are currently registered
for a course that fulfills that requirement.
- A "CW" designates a Course Waiver.
- Beneath Main Requirements are Sub-requirements.
- A "FC" by a course designates a future registration.
NOTE: Current registration always takes precedence;
a requirement that was previously "OK" can
change to "IP" when the student is
currently registered for a course that would
fulfill the requirement, even though it has all
ready been met. The requirement will revert to "OK" once
the semester is completed.
Sub-Requirements
- Each Sub-requirement is numbered
- A minus (-) next to the Sub-requirement
indicates that it has NOT been satisfied.
- A plus (+) next to the Sub-requirement indicates
that it has been satisfied.
Transfer Credits on Your SASS Audit; the Audit
will also reflect credits transferred from another
institution in one of the following ways:
- WAS TRANSFERRED AS
- IS SUBSTITUTED FOR
- HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO

How to Have Your SASS Audit
Corrected:
The audit may NOT be correct the first semester
you are enrolled at UCF. A student's transcript,
test scores, etc. may NOT all have been evaluated
at the time the audit was printed. If the audit
is not correct after ALL transcripts and test
scores have been received by the university and
have been evaluated, then stop by ENGR 107 and
ask for help in resolving the situation.
NOTE: The date and time of your registration
appointment are printed in the upper-left corner
of your SASS Degree Audit. You can register on
or after the printed date and time. |
