Undergraduate: Orientation
On this page you will find information that our office would like you
to keep in mind for Freshman and Transfer Students entering the College
of Engineering and Computer Science.

|
Freshmen
For Freshmen entering the College of Engineering and Computer Science,
as part of orientation, Academic Affairs will give you an overview
of the college and split you into groups by major for a group advising
session. Afterward, you will be assigned a first year advisor who, along with your CECS Academic Affairs advisors,
will help you register for your classes.

Transfer
For Transfer Students entering the College of Engineering and Computer
Science, as part of orientation Academic Affairs will give you an
overview of the college and split you into groups by major for a
group advising session. Academic Affairs officials will then help
you register for your first term at UCF. It is important that you
bring your unofficial transcripts from your previous institution
with you so that CECS officials can accurately answer your questions
and help you with registration. |
